LONG DISTANCE CONVEYING OF CEMENT

Specially designed for long distance conveying of cement and other fine powders, the dense phase conveying system is an easy retrofit to an operation accustom to screw pumps.

Since smaller compressors are required for its operation, energy savings are a result over the more traditional conveying methods. With its simple design and versatility, cement conveying and other building materials, dense phase conveying systems are typically simple and economical in design and implementation.

Dense phase pneumatic conveying requires smaller compressors, lower air consumption, and smaller exhaust fans. Also the method of moving the material at slower velocities extends the pipe duct life.
